Protect Your Logo - Design Registration

Your logo is an important element of your corporate identity and worth protecting with design and trade mark registrations.  Registering your logo as a design in the UK or EU is possible if the logo is less than a year old.  Design registration can last for a maximum of 25 years (renewable every five years).   It is an effective way to protect logos.

European Union

*These prices include all dues and official fees.

An EU design registration protects you in all 27 EU countries including the UK.

Once you have a registered design, if someone else uses the same logo you need not prove they copied your logo (which is necessary when relying solely on copyright).
